Library Board - Saugatuck Douglas District Libary The Library Board is six representatives from the three areas served by the library: City of Saugatuck: Martha Boetcher, Library Director - ex officio Board meetings are regularly scheduled for the 3rd Wednesday of every month at 7:00 pm at the Library. The public is welcome.
