Introduction to Tai Chi
Join us for an introductory Tai Chi session with Dar Pettinga, a registered nurse with her masters of science in nursing. Dar has taught at the university level and been a Tai Chi instructor at Spectrum Health Zeeland Community Hospital since 2014.
