Reserve the Meeting Room/Patio

Any local person, group or organization may use the Library Meeting Room and Patio free of charge for non-commercial and non-profit purposes.

  • A Meeting Room Request Form must be submitted in advance. Completing this form does not guarantee a reservation.
  • Before requesting a room, please take a moment to read our Meeting and Study Room Policy.
  • Requests may be made up to 3 months in advance.
  • Light refreshments may be served. It is the responsibility of the user to clean up after themselves. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted.
  • Users must include time to clean up and set up within the scheduled time.

Reserve the Small Study Room

Any individual or small group (up to 5 people) may use the Library Small Study Room free of charge.

  • A reservation of up to 2 hours may be made once per week, but no more than twice per month, per individual or group.
  • Requests may be made up to 3 months in advance.
  • If not in use, patrons may use this room on a walk-in basis.
