For kids going into 6th-8th grade
The Library closes at 6:00 and then the kids take over. We’ll be having fun hanging out in the Library after hours. Each week will be a different activity. Registration is required for each event.

June 25 and July 9: Escape Room

Gather your friends and family and prepare to put your problem-solving skills to the test as you work together to unravel mysteries, decode clues, and unlock the secrets hidden within the Library. Sign up as an individual, a pair, or a team of up to 8 people (parents and siblings welcome!). We will be offering multiple time slots over two nights, so register now and prepare for an unforgettable journey.  

July 2: Tie Dye Party
REGISTRATION IS CLOSED
Let your creativity run wild as you design a unique tie-dye masterpiece. We'll provide all the dye and supplies and plenty of inspiration. Get creative, socialize with friends, and leave with a one-of-a-kind wearable art piece. You can purchase a t-shirt for $5.00 from the library or bring your own!

July 16: Food Olympics
REGISTRATION IS CLOSED
Go for the gold in this epic culinary showdown! Unleash your inner foodie athlete with food-related fun and games. Compete in a variety of tasty challenges with your friends. Let us know if you have dietary restrictions.

NERF Night: RESCEDULED FOR MONDAY, JULY 29!

Join us for an action-packed evening of friendly foam dart battles. Bring your own NERF guns and the library will provide plenty of darts. After all the excitement, refuel with delicious pizza.

Join art teacher Melissa Pawlak-Field as she guides us through a colorful painting project. Follow step-by-step instructions to create a work of art you'll be proud to display. As part of the fun, we'll have an assortment of cookies for you to decorate and snack on.
