FOL Silent Auction
November 7-21

Support the Library and get a head start on your holiday shopping! Stop by to bid on items and gift certificates from local businesses. 

Auction Rules & Instructions:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to bid on auction items (some auction items are restricted to individuals 21 and older).
  • All bids are made anonymously. Bidders must register at the Circulation Desk to receive their number.
  • Each silent auction item has a unique number on the item and on the corresponding bid sheet.
  • All bids must be made in person.
  • Bids must be written in ink – no pencils.
  • Enter your bid and your number on the first available line of the bid sheet.
  • No bid can be less than the previous bids.
  • Changes to a bid can only be made by the bidder and must be initialed by the bidder.
  • Close of bidding is Thursday, November 21st, 2024 at 6pm. Winners will be notified by Monday, November 25th.
  • Successful bidders are responsible for paying for all auction items via cash or check only. Items must be picked up and paid for by Wednesday, December 4th.
