Join our seed librarian and horticulturist Hannah Nendick-Mason on Thursday, March 21, at 6:30 pm to experience the joy of growing your own plants from seed. You'll learn about sowing seeds indoors or outside, how to use our free Seed Library, how to read a commercial seed packet, and which are the some of the easiest seeds for beginners. We can even recommend some deer-resistant plants, too!
Every participant will take home free seeds and a "winter-sown" container of flowers, herbs or vegetables. There is no charge for this program, but space is limited, so please call the Library at 269-857-8241 to reserve your spot.
